Lux Organic & Eco Rother Action Group are offering our latest class: "A Ferment, 2 Pickles & a Turmeric Bug"
£35 to include a delicious plant-based Mezze Bowl light lunch, a snack, eg bliss ball, plus hibiscus tea & ginger shot.
Class would involve:
Fermented Mango Chutney
Pickled Lemons (delicious in salads, couscous etc)
Pickled Gooseberries
Turmeric Bug (a health drink)
