Lux Organic & Eco Rother Action Group are offering our latest class: "A Ferment, 2 Pickles & a Turmeric Bug"

£35 to include a delicious plant-based Mezze Bowl light lunch, a snack, eg bliss ball,  plus hibiscus tea & ginger shot.

Class would involve:

  • Fermented Mango Chutney

  • Pickled Lemons (delicious in salads, couscous etc)

  • Pickled Gooseberries 

  • Turmeric Bug (a health drink)

Main courses £8 each

Asian fusion Tapas to include:

Small Vegetable Laska Curry, Roti bread, ‘Mock’ duck wrap, Thai Tofu Salad, Edamame peas

or

Large Vegetable Laska Curry, Coconut rice, Roti bread, Kimchi - Asian pickles

Savoury extras will be:

Sweetcorn cobette with Indonesian peanut sauce
