Lux Organic & Eco Rother Action Group are offering our latest class: "A Ferment, 2 Pickles & a Turmeric Bug"

£35 to include a delicious plant-based Mezze Bowl light lunch, a snack, eg bliss ball,  plus hibiscus tea & ginger shot.

Class would involve:

  • Fermented Mango Chutney

  • Pickled Lemons (delicious in salads, couscous etc)

  • Pickled Gooseberries 

  • Turmeric Bug (a health drink)

There will be tasting and hands-on cooking experiences. All recipes to be supplied. We are hoping that after class, guests will go home and make some of these recipes again for delicious Christmas gifts!
